Shipping Policy

At Bridgette’s Everyday Essentials, we do our best to ensure that every order reaches you safely and within the expected timeframe. We currently offer delivery across Trinidad and Tobago, as well as a convenient local pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their items directly.

For deliveries within Trinidad, orders are usually processed and delivered within three to five business days. The standard delivery fee is TT$50.00. Customers will be asked to provide their full name and delivery address at checkout to ensure smooth processing.

For deliveries to Tobago, please allow five to eight business days for your order to arrive. The delivery fee for Tobago is TT$75.00. As with Trinidad orders, accurate delivery details must be provided at checkout to avoid delays.

If you prefer to collect your order in person, we also offer a pickup option at our designated location. At checkout, please select the pickup option and provide your full name so that your order can be prepared for collection. You will be contacted when your order is ready, and items may only be collected after confirmation has been sent.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as weather, courier availability, or holiday periods. We are not responsible for delays once items have been dispatched, but we will always assist you in tracking your order and ensuring it reaches you.
