Policy
At Bridgette’s Everyday Essentials, we are committed to ensuring our customers receive quality products and service. However, because of the nature of our business, all sales are final unless the item falls into one of the exception categories below. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you must report the issue to us within two days of receiving your order. Once your claim is confirmed, we will arrange to send the correct replacement item at no additional cost. In these cases, the incorrect or damaged product must be returned to us in its original packaging, completely unopened, and with all parts, manuals, and accessories included. Only when the correct item is out of stock will store credit or a refund be provided.

If an item is found to be defective, you must notify us within fourteen days of receipt. Because defects are usually discovered only after the product is opened and used, the item does not need to be unopened, but it must be returned in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and components intact. Once your claim is approved, a replacement of the correct item will be sent. If a replacement is unavailable, you will be issued either store credit or a refund.

Products that show signs of misuse, mishandling, or alteration after delivery will not qualify under this policy. In addition, personal care, hygiene, or consumable products cannot be returned unless they are defective or arrive damaged.

Refunds, when issued, will be processed back to your original payment method or provided as store credit. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take up to seven to ten business days to appear. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
In summary, while all sales are final, we guarantee that you will receive the correct product in good condition. Damaged or wrong items must be reported within two days and returned unopened, while defective items must be reported within fourteen days and may be returned even if opened. In all approved cases, we will provide a replacement whenever possible, and if this is not available, we will issue store credit or a refund.
